I believe real estate works best when it’s personal. Buying or selling a home is never just a transaction, it’s tied to major life moments, big decisions, and real emotions. That’s why I built this brokerage to remain closely involved in every step of the process and to provide thoughtful, hands-on service from start to finish.

When you work with us, you work directly with us. You are never passed between layers of assistants or shuffled through departments. From your first conversation to the day you close, you’ll have consistent guidance, honest communication, and an advocate who truly knows your goals. Our approach is rooted in quality over quantity.

This brokerage was created out of a desire to build something more personal and intentional. I wanted to create a firm that feels like a close, intimate family; one that is not driven by numbers, quotas, or volume, but by relationships and care. A place where everyone knows everyone, and no client or agent ever feels lost in the shuffle. Real estate should not feel rushed to the finish line to meet a paycheck. It should feel thoughtful, steady, and tailored to the people involved.

Every client and every home is handled with care, attention, and intention. We believe the small details shape the big picture, whether that means pricing a home correctly, preparing it thoughtfully for the market, or guiding a buyer through inspections and negotiations with clarity and confidence. Meet the Founder

Welcome! I am Anna White, a Colorado Springs native with deep roots in the community I serve. Being born and raised here has given me a true understanding of our neighborhoods, schools, and market trends, not just from data, but from lived experience. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs (UCCS) before embarking on my real estate career. Today, I’ve been a licensed real estate broker for 12 years and counting. Prior to getting licensed, I spent three years working in the title industry. That background gave me a strong foundation in contracts, timelines, and the behind-the-scenes details that protect my clients. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with everything from historic homes to brand-new construction, and I genuinely love it all. Every home has its own story, and every transaction deserves careful attention and thoughtful guidance.

Outside of real estate, I’m a wife and mom to two young children and am married to a local fire lieutenant with the Colorado Springs Fire Department. My family’s strong connection to public service and this community has shaped how I approach my work. I am proud to say this brokerage is built on honesty and trust. My goal is to provide steady guidance, transparent advice, and a personal level of service that helps clients feel confident in every decision they make. Whether you’re buying, selling, or building, I believe in doing things the right way, with integrity, care, and long-term relationships at the center of everything I do.
